Acceptable Use Policy
COSai is built for legitimate business operations. The following uses are prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination.
No fraud or money laundering
COSai may not be used to misclassify transactions for tax evasion, conceal the source or destination of funds, or create false records of business activity. We will cooperate with lawful subpoenas.
No impersonation
Do not configure the agent to send messages claiming to be from another person (your CPA, your customer's bank, etc.). Agent-sent messages must be clearly attributable to your business.
No spam or unsolicited outbound
The verification handshake on each outbound channel (SMS, email, Slack) exists for a reason. You may not configure the agent to message numbers or addresses that have not been explicitly added by an admin.
No reverse engineering
The platform may not be used to scrape, replicate, or build derivative AI models from the agent's outputs.
