We're accepting 10 design partners for 2026.

You give us your books and your patience. We give you real-time visibility your last bookkeeper couldn't deliver, locked-in pricing, and a direct line to the founder.

Who we're looking for

  • ·Skilled trades business (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, commercial mechanical, roofing, restoration)
  • ·$1.5M–$20M annual revenue
  • ·Currently using Jobber, ServiceTitan, or Housecall Pro
  • ·Currently using QuickBooks or Xero (NetSuite support arrives during the design-partner phase)
  • ·Owner willing to commit ~2 hours per week for the first 60 days to feedback
  • ·Open to having your books visible to our team for product improvement

What does it cost during the design-partner phase?

We'll discuss it on the intro call. Design-partner pricing is a real conversation — not a public number — because we're trading early access for honest feedback, and the right deal depends on your situation. Whatever we agree on stays with your account permanently.

How long is the design-partner phase?

We're accepting 10 design partners during 2026. The intensive feedback period is the first 60 days. After that you keep the product, the pricing, and the direct line.

Can I leave the program if it's not working?

Yes. No lock-in. We'll help you off-board cleanly — your books stay yours, your accounting system is untouched, and we return any data you ask us to.

What happens to my books if I leave?

Nothing changes on your side. COSai sits on top of your existing accounting system (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite); we don't replace it. When you disconnect, your books are exactly where they were the day you connected — only cleaner, because we did the reconciliation work in the meantime.

Will you market about my company?

Not without explicit written consent. The reference-call and testimonial asks in our agreement are explicit — they happen only when you're ready and only in the form you approve.
